Mention of BSP's products and services by using BSP's trademarks (including in newspaper and magazine articles and the like) generally does not require our consent, premised on the principle of "fair use". However, in such cases the following conditions should be observed, and all use other than under those conditions requires the written consent of BSP.

Conditions of Use

1. Observing the Following Prohibitions
   • - Use on items other than BSP's products or services
   • - Use as part of a name on a non-BSP product;
   • - Use in a misleading way that will cause a misconception
       about the nature of BSP's product;
   • - Use that will cause a misunderstanding that
       BSP is collaborating or doing cooperative work regarding
       a third party's products or services;
   • - Use in a way that would slander or libel BSP
2. Carrying Out of Appropriate Labeling Concerning Ownership of Rights
   • Example 1) A- AUTO is the registered trademark of BSP Incorporated.
   • Example 2) A- QUALITY is the trademark of BSP Incorporated.
3. The trademarks should be used in accordance with
          a common practice of standard trademark utilization.
